Custom software, websites, and operational tools built for businesses that needed something off the shelf couldn't do. Here's what it looks like and what it solved.
A trucking owner-operator was managing load offers, broker communications, and dispatch decisions across email, texts, and multiple spreadsheets. Nothing talked to each other. We built a single internal tool that pulls everything into one place and surfaces what actually needs attention.
Load offers came in through email. Broker rates were in one spreadsheet. Booked loads in another. Revenue estimates in a third. Making a good decision required pulling from all of them simultaneously, which meant decisions were slow or just guessed at.
We built a custom internal tool that pulls load offers directly from Gmail, aggregates load board data, ranks brokers by actual booking rate and revenue history, and presents everything in a Kanban pipeline from offer to booked to closed. One screen. Full picture.
Every load decision now starts from the same place. The operator has full visibility into what's available, who's offering it, and whether it's worth taking based on that broker's actual track record. Decisions that used to take 20 minutes of context-switching now take 3.
A Charlotte auto repair shop had a weak website, no system for missed calls, and almost no Google reviews. Work was coming in through word of mouth but not converting from online search. We rebuilt their digital presence and added automated follow up that runs without anyone having to manage it.
People were finding the shop through Google Maps, but the website looked dated and the shop had fewer than 20 reviews against competitors with 200+. Calls were being missed with no follow up. Spanish-speaking customers had no clear path.
We built a new custom site with clear service structure, bilingual copy, and a layout that leads visitors toward calling or booking. We added missed call text back that fires in under 60 seconds, and a post-service review request that goes out automatically after every job closes.
Missed calls now get an immediate response instead of silence. The review system runs automatically instead of relying on staff to remember to ask. Spanish-speaking customers have a proper experience from first click to follow up. The shop stopped apologizing for its site when showing it to customers.
An interactive product configurator that lets customers preview garage door styles and colors on a house before making a decision. Built as a standalone tool that can be embedded on any contractor or supplier website. The goal was to reduce indecision and increase order confidence.
Most garage door companies show a catalog of panels in isolation. Customers struggle to picture how a door will actually look on their house. This leads to hesitation, more back-and-forth, and sometimes a decision to just keep the old door.
Built entirely with CSS and vanilla JavaScript, no three.js or WebGL required. The house, roof, and door are all rendered in CSS. Color and style changes animate in real time. Embeds in a single script tag. Works on mobile. Runs fast.
When customers can see the product in context, the decision becomes easier. This same pattern applies to paint colors, window styles, roofing materials, landscaping, or any product where the visual matters as much as the spec.
These are the builds we can show publicly. Most client work is internal and stays that way. Tell us what you're working on.
